FRAUD, SCAM AND CHEATERS. They promised five star hotels and resorts but when asked for reservation they always state that the property is sold/ unavailable for booking or yearly renewal of tie ups are process. unresponsive customer care team, they put the call on hold for 10 mins and later disconnected when asked for senior executives. I have paid 175000 from my hard earned money and they are not providing any service in return. They don't adhere to their terms and conditions and all the lucarative offers given by the sales team in order to avail membership are set to be false and a fluke by their own customer care team.PLEASE DON,T BUY COUNTRY HOLIDAYS INN & SUITES membership.
